The staff couldn’t have been nicer: welcoming and helpful with all of our questions. The room with a king bed was huge and the pillows were comfy. The shower had great pressure and it was so clean. Loved the breakfast too. It was a last minute booking and I’m so glad it worked out

This was the worse breakfast and staff I have ever encountered. The lady (Kat) who checked us in was rude and was having a bad day; however, the lady who worked the next day was very polite and friendly. She made me feel better. As a IGH member I was treated like crap and forgot about my treats.
