The apartment includes two sleeping rooms, one private bathroom, a kitchenette, and a TV with a Firestick that allows you access to the various apps you may have membership to. We provide Sling, which offers basic cable like options.

The base rate covers two guests. Maximum occupancy is four guests. Additional guest charges apply when applicable.

The wooded setting is part of the property's appeal. Wildlife and insects may be present. We have a family of deer that visit, a few frequent flyers: hawks, an occasional shy crane or two, a variety of frogs, hummers and owls varieties-my favorite is the barn owls.

We have exterior security cameras to ensure all person's safety while visiting our location. Recordings maybe reviewed to investigate safety or security incidents and shared with law enforcement when appropriate.
