Close to transportation. Very quiet area. The outside of the hotel needs some repairs with the walk way leading up to the hotel door. Sign for the hotel is not very noticeable from the street.

Overall, our one night stay was good. I just have 2 beefs. First, there were two of us but the bathroom only had 2 large bath towels; no hand or face towel. Second, there was no kettle or coffee service in our room. No matter the size of the room, there should be a kettle and coffee/tea available. The breakfast was good, although bread options were limited. The scrambled eggs and meats provided were well cooked. I have seen some places where the eggs were too runny. Not here.

The staff at Connect hotel Kista are excellent, helpful and professional. The breakfast options were great. If we come back again we’ll definitely stay again.

The hotel is located in an area where there is not much locally to see, but is close to the metro to reach Stockholm centre quickly. Trains every few minutes. Josefin on reception was very helpful and the breakfast included was good, plenty of choices. The hotel has a no housekeeping policy for under four days which was fine for us. There is a large shopping centre located next to the metro station where there are many restaurants and fast food places. This was a good location for us to travel into the city centre and worked well.

Easy check in! Lovely and rich breakfast,in a walkable, easily accessible location from the station! The Kistra centrum with a variety of multicultural restaurants,shops, supermarkets just one block away.Friendly and helpful staff and the rooms and the hotel look exactly as in the photos.The price is surprisingly good! I thought it would be a catch,but I was proven wrong! I would definitely visit again in the future when I visit again Stockholm!

At first I didn't realize that the hotel was located in the "Science City" of Kiste, the area was very quiet (apart from the occasional seagull going bonkers outside, thus preventing from keeping the window open), it was rather interesting to find out that the Ericsson HQ building was located across the street. It was also very conveniently located just ~10min walk from the metro station, which, in turn, was located next to "Kista Gallery" that had a wide selection of shops (grocery shops included) and various fastfood options available. Oh and "flygbussarna" coach buses to Arlanda airport go from here (check their app for bus stop details). I enjoyed my stay.

Very good value

This hotel is a great deal. I stayed for one night and managed to get a room for under 400kr (£29). The room I booked didn’t have an external window (as expected), but there was natural light, coming through the atrium. It was very clean, small but well designed, and had the amenities you would expect. There is a gym in the atrium area, which could be noisy, but it’s closed at night. Buffet breakfast was included and I thought it was very good. Included an assortment of hot food (eggs, beans, bacon, sausages), cereals, yogurts, fruit, bread, smoothies and ginger shots (!), coffee, tea, and a fridge of alternative milks for vegans or the lactose intolerant. Only issue is that there aren’t enough tables - on the weekend everyone seemed to come down between 9-10am. Would recommend if you need to be in Kista, or you don’t mind the commute into Stockholm.

Parking underground easy I was supposed to pay £10 per day but the lady at the reception gave me all the days I was there for free cos I sign up to be a member which was nice, my stay was easy nice place very comfortable, amazing Breakfast included in the price too

About a 10 minute walk to Kista Metro Station which gets you into Stockholm Central in 15 minutes. Hotel was nice, breakfast was plentiful and the WiFi was about 150mb download and upload speed. Nice quiet location with very pleasant rooms. Recommend this stay!!

Im Flur riecht es muffig und der Teppich hat seine besten Jahre hinter sich. Die Dusche ist eine Katastrophe, danach ist das ganze Bad nass. Es gibt nicht wirklich einen Schrank (für Kleidung). Die Kühlung hat direkt auf die Köpfe gepustet, wenn man im Bett gelegen hat und man konnte sie selbst nicht regeln. Das Frühstück geht unter der Woche nur bis 9:30 Uhr, das ist sehr schade. Und es gibt keinen Kaffeeautomaten, so dass ich meinen Milchkaffee mit kalter Milch machen musste (und er somit kalt war). Ansonsten war es schön. Es war sauber, die Betten waren bequem, beim Frühstück gab es genug Auswahl, die Einkaufsgallerie in der Nähe ist super, man kommt gut mit der Straßenbahn ins Zentrum.
