We have many nice things to say about this hotel. It is in a great location, close walking distance to the old town. Staff was amazing and very helpful! Also, the breakfast that was included was way above our expectations. If ever back in Stockholm, we would definitely stay again! Thank you very much!

Good location, ok rooms and breakfast

It’s well located and the staff are friendly. The breakfast is ok but nothing fancy. Same is true for the room. The room we had did not have big windows and felt dark without much sun. But most rooms like that due to the building design.

Overall good experience. Good standard hotel. Minus there was a few issues with a few broken things in the room (hair dryer didn't work properly, heated flooring and towel rail not working and the walk in shower didn't drain properly). Seems like a functioning hotel in general though. Good falicities in general though.

The room seems super outdated and was not at all how it is depicted online. Additionally the bathroom, had a slight stinky smell that would always room while the room smelled musty. Breakfast buffet could use some improvement, for example scrambled eggs were extremely watery and overcooked.

Bed was incredibly uncomfortable and hard as a rock. Could have saved my money and slept on the curb. Also the shower drain was kind of clogged, so the entire bathroom floor was just Water World after a shower. Fortunately they provided one (1) tea towel to wipe it with. It was throwing a napkin in the ocean. Breakfast was fine, and they honestly did very competent scrambled eggs!

Breakfast was varied and staff always on hand to refill if things went empty and they kept the area clean and free from dirty plates, etc. Front desk staff were welcoming and friendly. The free tea&coffee sitting area in the lobby provided a welcome rest after a long day exploring Stockholm.

The hotel seemed a bit dated but the room was clean and the breakfast was abundant. The mid-week rate was by no means cheap, but this was one of the most affordable hotels in the area. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

特に不満はありません。全体的に清潔で部屋も広く、スタッフも丁寧で朝の食事も多様なものが用意されていました。宿泊客はティーンから高齢の方まで様々な世代の方がいらっしゃいましたが、殆どが白人の方でした。日本人はほんの少ししかおられませんでしたが、ストックホルムの街自体で殆ど日本人とすれ違わないので、まあ当然かもしれません。

Struttura abbastanza centrale, non vale il prezzo che chiedono per una stanza, condizioni strutturali dell hotel non buone, stanza molto piccole, noi in 4 due adulti e due bambini non sapevamo dove collocare 4 trolley a mano. Hanno problemi con le docce, non essendoci piatto doccia, l'acqua che esce da sotto la porta della doccia è stata una costante a tal punto da chiedere tre tappeti per asciugare. Colazione salata ok, ma per quanto riguarda il dolce molto molto limitata. Ciò nonostante devo spendere due parole positive per il personale della reception..perché è stato sempre molto gentile. Per quello che abbiamo pagato tre notti ci aspettavamo di certo molto di più.

Enda problemet var att rummet saknade AC så det blev väldigt varmt (bordsfläktar räckte inte riktigt). Annars ett mysigt och trevligt hotell i perfekt läge, med mycket fin frukostbuffé och trevlig personal.
