Great hotel. Staff are so friendly and welcoming. I had trouble getting my laptops online at first, so went down to reception and Rhatha gave me neat little trick to help and it worked!!

Best hotel/staff in Stockholm

Always try and stay here when I come to Stockholm. Hotel is great, food is excellent, rooms are big and comfortable. But even better than all that are the staff. Amazing!!! So friendly and helpful, nothing is ever too much trouble.

Värt ett besök!

Mycket bra hotell, ligger lite off, men enkelt att ta en promenad till tunnelbanan. Service, mat, rum, enkelt att parkera, allt mycket bra, har inget att klaga på. Bor gärna här igen.

Levottomat yöt hotellissa

Yövyimme 3 yötä, joista kahtena emme pystyneet nukkumaan kunnolla kerroksessa tapahtuvien häiriöiden takia. Useamman huoneen asukkaat juoksivat huoneesta toiseen huutaen, ovia paiskoen ym. Yksi näistä huoneista oli viereinen huone 1016. Ilmoitimme respaan asiasta yöllä mutta silti sama meno jatkui osittain. Hotellin aamupala oli keskiverto ja henkilökunta aamiasella oli ylimielistä eikä kovin asiakaspalveluhenkistä, huone kulunut, vain käsisuihku kylpyhuoneessa jossa olematon vedenpaine, huone 1017 hieman tunkkainen (ikkunoita ei voi avata). Vastaanoton nuori nainen oli todella ammattitaitoinen ja otti meidät hyvin vastaan kun saavuimme 14.3, kiitos hänelle. Kaiken kaikkiaan petyimme Mariott:n laatuun.
