"Second time staying here. Great view and location"

"This is an old style motel that has been renovated. The property and rooms are very clean. I loved being able to sit outside the room and look out over the lake and watch boats and eagles. Fellow travelers were friendly and did have pets. It was quiet at night and the bed was very comfortable. Best sleep I have had while traveling. Unfortunately it was too cold during my stay to use the pool but it was very clean. The contact at the property was easy to get ahold of if you had questions. ...

"Such a cute motel! Appeared to be recently remodeled and has a fabulous retro vibe. We loved the proximity to downtown Lake City and local establishments including the cutest and delicious little diner Heidi’s Hug a Mug cafe. Further, we had a fabulous lake view we could enjoy on the patio in our colorful Adirondack chairs. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the room clean.
