"Perfect for a week long stay in Stockholm. Close to metro stop, grocery, restaurants, historic sites and restaurants in the heart of Norrmalm. Keyless entry and thoughtful room amenities (a re-usable grocery bag and water bottles for use during our stay). Room was very clean and bed was comfortable. "Exceptional dirty, noisy and poor smell place, where stay only truck drunk drivers. Yellow colored bed linens with strong smell of sweat. Nobody welcome, manager just keep key in storage box. When we arrived, nobody was inside from staff and just drunken drivers was everywhere. They smoke inside of building. Way and yard totally dark, like a horror movie. After calling manager arrive and promise made full refund, but when we leave they change a mind - they are screamers. I don’t understand...
