"After booking and paying in full the hosts went off grid, not only would they not respond to us, but Vrbo couldn’t get hold of them either. We were left with 3 children and a baby with nowhere to stay, 4 hours away from home. Avoid this host at all costs. Vrbo were equally unhelpful in resolving the matter, telling us to sort our own arrangements out for ourselves (at 5pm!). An incredibly stressful time, would absolutely not recommend these hosts, or Vrbo as a booking platform."

The house was an ideal size for 4 adults and the two kids.A great location for a decent enough walk into the city centre to tire everyone out on the return leg.The house was well enough presented but could do with a good deep clean and a new loo seat that fits.Given the listing is for max 6, we expected to find enough place settings to satisfy that many but there was a mish-mash of glasses, mugs, plates etc. The cupboards were also...

"Lovely weekend away. The house was clean and tidy with everything you could need for a family visit. "

"Lovely accommodation and central for many attractions in this part of the country. The Barn is in a peaceful area and it was easy to get to everywhere we wanted. Adam was an exemplary host making sure we had everything we needed and were happy with the accommodation. Couldn't have asked for more."
