Welcome to a modern and relaxing retreat near Stockton Lake! 33 acres of lush grass surround you while you relax at the lake. 2 Private Bedrooms, each with an amazing en suite and exterior door that leads you out into your private courtyard complete with fire pit, BBQ grill, veggies and flowers, lounging areas, and your own hot tub! Huge showers for each bedroom with waterfall rainheads, heated tile floors, LED accent lighting, massive 75" TV in the living room with a modern propane fireplace. Ample indoor and outdoor dining space. All new appliances, high speed internet. The flex space is fully climate controlled and very nice for a rainy day place to hang out and have fun! Comes with a second refrigerator, a walk in shower to rinse off from a day at the lake, ping pong table, additional sleeping space (air mattress and two small child size cots provided, or bring your own cots or sleeping bags). The home is a duplex, one side is the Big Dipper and the other side is the empty owner's suite (Little Dipper). We want our guests to have privacy so we decided not to rent both sides at the same time unless it is to the same group, each side has the same awesome amenities, the other side is available for a nightly rate, please message us if you would like to rent both sides.
