Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities
AC was not working! It was 103 outside and 93 inside. Outside appearance: - There is an abandoned car right in front of the house next to the driveway - Front lawn is all dried up with no upkeep - Bins of garbage/recycled containers all full in front of garage - Backyard also had dried, dead grass Inside: - The floors felt dusty like they haven't been swept or mopped - Upstairs bathtub has stain that can be wiped off but wasn't and there were what looked like cotton balls there and in the drain - Debris underneath couch cushion - A cockroach scurried out from under the couch and then went back under
