"Good value for money! Only a 10 minutes’ drive from Cheddar Gorge. A bit dated but it's understandable as an old hotel. Staff are amazing, super friendly and always available Facilities are super fabs! with gym, sauna, steam and pool. Breakfast is very good value for money with both hot and cold options (buffet) it was our second time there and we will be back again "

"This was ideal for us with a baby and a little Yorkshire Terrier. Room was fine. Very clean. The bar area and lounge was lovely, overlooking the sea. Fantastic views. We had a snacky sandwich tea and the baby had a child menu curry, which was fab. I Would definitely book this hotel again. "

"Cheerful efficient staff, spotless spacious room, navy blue wall, tea, coffee and biscuits, comfortable bed, right weight of duvet, quiet, thoughtfully given rooms at far end of corridor, heard nothing though Freddie Mercury concert taking place. Loved spiral bedside lights!. 2 tiny niggles: mirror in bathroom far too high, designed for 6' man, I am under 5'!!! Basin ?blocked, water ran out very slowly Clare Blackburn room 303 22/06/24"

"Good location and overall staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is freshly cooked for each guest however it finished at 9am weekdays which was for us a bit early. We had an executive room booked for 2 nights and on arrival after 7pm we had no hot water in the bathroom, which after a long journey was disappointing to say the least. Reception staff had to reset boiler (apparently known problem) and we waited almost 2 hours to get hot water and the water pressure from the taps was poor as...
