"The check-in, the room and the breakfast were all wonderful. Th staff were also warm and friendly, however the indifference of the check out clerk, clearly preoccupied with another task, was somewhat disappointing. A cheery goodbye or asking if we'd enjoyed our stay would have made my day!"

"Look I get it. It’s not exactly the most glamorous part of UK but it’s functional decent and I didn’t have any issues whilst I was there. It may be an old building but at least try to support a business and for a good price that’s actually what I wanted I wasn’t expecting luxury or my own chauffeur or anything. I just wanted somewhere functional and relaxing and I got that I’ve been in worst hotels in different parts of the world and I can honestly say this one more five star service the other rough ones I’ve been too"
