"A pleasant few nights, very quiet and in a good location close to the beach and town centre. The hosts were friendly and happy to mind our luggage for a few hours both before and after our stay (train strikes meant we had to travel down earlier than expected). Would definitely stay there again."

"I stay away 3/4 times a month with work and had I not been dining with suppliers locally would probably have missed this gem. They moved breakfast forward 20 minutes to allow for an early departure for me and what a breakfast! The fresh fruit, eggs benedict and the banana/strawberry smoothie were all 10/10 whilst I had a superb view over the harbour. The fresh milk and drinks in the room was also great, along with the shortbread biscuits. But the highlight for me was the bed. I intended to watch...

"Adrian welcomed us, gave us a quick run down of everything as we were tired. Forgot to mention that we needed to order breakfast but reserved enough for all of us to have something the next day. Room was clean, well presented had plenty for us like 3 cups as we were in a family room. Had a ensuit shower. Wardrobe to hand out clothes, tv, fridge and a blanket on each bed. Room was a good size and perfect for 3 adults. Breakfast was amazing, home cooked English breakfast and nothing was too much...

"Modern B&B in a history house. The room was large enough with a comfy bed, modern bathroom/shower, and a mini fridge available. Reasonable walking distance to the restaurants, waterfront in Torquay. "

"Very nice hosts. We were on the second floor and lots of winding steps.with a rope handrails. I found it difficult because I am 90 years old, but my son had no problems with them."

Location just a short walk away from the beach, centre and bus stops to take you anywhere around Torbay. Free street parking available in abundance and parking for guests behind the B&B. "Going on holiday but feeling at home. Greeted with such a warm welcome from lisa lots of smiles. The room was so beautiul, massive bed and super comfortable. The room was very clean and well presented. Bathroom had big shower and again very well presented with complimentary body wash and shampoo. Breakfast was very nice, service quick and friendly. Maybe an option of veggie breakfast would be only minor thing to add but was very well looked after with options. "
