"Never got to stay there. We found out soon after reserving that we were going to be arriving late. I contacted them immediately to let them know and continued trying for weeks to make arrangements. Never got a response. Had Expedia call and email too. They never got a response. Kept trying until the last minute. Finally had to book elsewhere because they NEVER responded to anyones attempt. Don’t book here because if you need to reach them they won’t respond."

"The breakfast buffet is outstanding. The pool, steam room, hot tub, and sauna room were very relaxing. Only problem was I showed up at 1:15pm and check in was 2pm. The girl at front desk told me I had to wait. I sat in lobby and watched 3 people check in while I was waiting. Then a 4th person came and I ended up going to another girl and she checked me right away at 10 minutes to 2pm. "
