Get an entire new staff, fix the schedules, have a team of personnel to fix things, corporate spot checking of the staff functions, provide the rooms that are booked with confirmations and not just give anything them anything because they are there,
Stone Mountain seems to be a nice small town.

Lift was closed for maintenance the day we were there. That was a real bummer. Snow tube facility was built right in front of monument which ruined the view.
Great experience
