"This place is worst than a motel 6. The hotel was under construction and the rooms were falling apart. Some of the lights didn’t work, twice in 5 days no one serviced the room, there is not a fridge or a microwave in the rooms. The staff argued with my husband when he complained about the condition of our room and the lights not working. When I checked in the staff complained about other guests being a hassle. The sauna was out of order the entire time. While I understand that it was under construction, the area they were working on was no were near the sauna and we were given no notification it would be closed. It is a great location in a very nice area and it might be nice after construction is complete but based on the lack of customer service we will never stay here again. "

"There were 3 soccer teams (Teen males), and noise was an issue especially 2 nights after 10 pm. One night at 1:30am they were running in the hallway on 5th floor and banged on my door and ran away."

"I liked the landscaping and the water fountain was pretty. In the back, however there were cigarettes on the ground, and there is an ash try right there. I ran out of shampoo in the shower,but I had brought my own,and the body soap was empty as well. I was a little disappointed that there wasn't a table on one side of the bed I had to move a chair and the lighting wasn't too good. The breakfast was amazing and tasty."

"This is the place to stay for a family! This was my first time staying at a Drury location and honestly if there is a Drury location in any town I visit....I will not stay anywhere else but a Drury! The place was clean, the staff was very friendly and accommodating, the pool was nice indoors at one of the top floors with a hot tub that was very soothing and calming. The breakfast was very wide and filling, the complimentary kickback dinner and drinks were great! The popcorn was great. The soda fountain machine during breakfast and dinner was great! The gym was good to exercise with basic equipment. The laundry room is good but be sure to have quarters ready to use for drying and laundry. I recommend this and any Drury property to anyone with family. 10 minute walk to the mall, next door to the ice hockey rink, 10 minute walk to the little league field."
