They weren’t outright rude, but they were inattentive and gave the impression that guest service was not a priority. The room itself had a noticeable mildew odor, and the sheets smelled sour, which immediately raised concerns about cleanliness. The biggest issue, however, was the shower. It drained extremely slowly, leaving us standing in dirty backwash while trying to bathe. We reported the problem to the front desk before leaving for the day on Sunday, expecting it to be properly addressed. When we returned that evening, the beds had been made and it seemed like some sort of spray had been used to mask the smell, but the main issue was not fixed. The shower was still draining poorly, and it appeared that the only “solution” was pulling the drain stopper up higher rather than actually resolving the problem. Overall, the lack of attention to cleanliness and failure to properly address a basic maintenance issue made this stay very unpleasant. I would not stay here again and would not recommend this location to others."

"We got to breakfast at 8:15 on a Sat. It ends at 9. Only got a half a cup of coffee. Basically nothing left but cold cereal. Didn't refill anything. But the hotel is very clean and id rather have that then a breakfast. I will stay there again just for that reason"
