"We had a lovely one night stay in the cottage. Great for self catering and enjoyed having stables outside where we could see the horses. Lots of space and a nice log fire to enjoy. The breakfast was delivered to the cottage at our chosen time and was really tasty. "

"We stayed with 3 families with 7 kids and Grandma over Easter. The place was fantastic with a number of really helpful amenities such as towels and robes, shampoo and shower gel, dishwasher tablets, sugar, coffee pods etc… Communications were great, and the hosts were evening responding when we had a slight issue on Saturday evening. We would definitely recommend and are hopefully going to book again for our next family gathering sometime. "

"had a great time at this farmhouse! The place was very large, clean, and had enough beds for everyone, making it really comfortable for our group of family and friends. The kids especially enjoyed the hot tub, which was a big hit. The management was excellent—quick to respond to any questions we had. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway."

"Had a great time at Barebones farm plenty of room and space for a family celebration for 12 people. Excellent kitchen and bathroom facilities. Would recommend staying here great garden for dogs. Lots to see and do in Whinchcombe its self . Would recommend a meal in the Lion pub a few doors away from Barebones."

"The property was perfect for a weekend away in the countryside with friends. The house was just as described, had everything you needed and great walks nearby."

"It was supposed to be a family vacation but ended up only two of us; would have worked either way. The retreat had a great location, was lovely and impeccable. Loved the house with areas to be together as well as being able to enjoy a relaxing time enjoying the view and the wonderful wines. Our Host was a gem. Thanks"

"Fantastic stay, the house was perfect and stunning scenery right on the doorstep (albeit the fog tried to ruin it). Our first Christmas at a neutral location, took some planning but it worked out very well, the kitchen was great with all the equipment you could need. Loved the Aga too. "Excellent accommodation and a really nicely renovated building. The rooms were spacious and in immaculate condition with an excellent range of facilities. I was on business in the area for the week and the owner kindly welcomed me and provided delicious breakfasts each morning. I will certainly stay again when I return to the area, be it for business or for a weekend away in the future. Wonderful!"
