"fast and friendly check in. Great room quality nice mattress and air conditioning. Well insulated sound walls gave quiet peace, even with boys baseball team running around. Breakfast food is well prepared and plentiful with wonderful assortment of choices. pool in nice for stretching but small for full laps. Temperature was perfect. not too cold or hot."

"I had a few issues with the stay. At first I was given a key to a dirty room. It took some time to finally get a key to a clean room. I was in a bit of a hurry so this was an inconvenience. Then the air conditioner in the room was extremely noisy. It was really difficult to sleep with the noise. It would have been nice to know in advance so that I could have brought ear plugs. The hotel is beautifully remodeled, now you just need to fix the air conditioners and you’ll have an amazing hotel."

"This hotel is rundown, poorly maintained and dirty. The first room they put in had a hair in the shower, on the bathroom floor and on the sheets. There was food on the floor, a broken lamp in the corner and a blind that wouldn’t go up. Not to mention the smell- terrible! It was obvious the cleaning staff just made the bed and didn’t change the sheets. They moved us to a new room, which was cleaner but still smelled awful and had a poorly functioning AC unit. Our room never got below 75 even with the AC set at 60. The complementary breakfast included hot water that came out brown, a broken decanter for regular coffee so no way to actually get any and so many grounds in the decaf you would have to chew it. I honestly have never stayed at a more disgusting hotel and will never come to this one again. Save your money and sanity and go pick a different hotel!"

"Very disappointed in this stay. The staff was friendly. The bathroom is a fall hazard. The tub was not slip resistant, the bar was slick which would be of no help if you slip. The room next door had a barking dog that also was scratching the wall. Two phone calls to the front desk about the issue were ignored. Finally went and knocked on the door and no one answered the door so the dog kept barking. The breakfast served fried eggs. No place should ever serve mass fried eggs!!!!!!! Not appetizing at all. Would not stay at this Hampton again."

"I honestly don’t understand the positive reviews for this property. The hotel appears poorly maintained, and our room had a strong musty odor that never went away during our stay. The walls and floors also seemed very thin, we could hear nearly every step from the guests in the room above us. The location is convenient to the nearby baseball facilities, but that also meant numerous travel teams were staying at the hotel. Kids were running up and down the hallways for extended periods, and management made no effort to address the disturbance. The fitness center is outdated and in need of improvement. Overall, the experience did not justify the inflated summer rates being charged. In my opinion, this is a $75–$80 per night property at best. Paying significantly more than that will likely leave you disappointed as we were."
