"Great stay. Thank you to Joy for her help and making such a great overnight stay for my fiancés 30th bday. Photos did not do the property justice it was so spacious including the ground floor balcony. We will be coming back and can’t wait. The food was great and so was the breakfast & pancakes!! "This was our second stay, and we enjoy coming to this hotel because it’s close, convenient and generally a pleasant place to stay. The rooms are fresh and clean, the staff are okay, and the buffet breakfast has a good selection. Unfortunately, our second visit was disappointing because the TV remote wasn’t working. A member of staff came to change the batteries, but what should have been a simple issue turned into a lengthy process of trying to get the TV working. It took far too long and disrupted what should have been a relaxing stay. The aim of any hotel stay should be to make things as seamless and comfortable as possible for guests, and unfortunately, on this occasion that wasn’t the case. Would I stay here again? **Maybe.** The location and cleanliness are definite positives, but I would hope for a smoother experience next time."
