The house is perched up on a hill overlooking the Pedernales River and offers a peaceful getaway, right in the middle of the best Wineries in town!

The Neighborhood:
The house is close to all the great wineries on the Texas Wine Trail. 15 minutes to Fredericksburg, 15 min to Johnson City and 10 minutes to Hye. Great center location!

Other Things to Note:
Please remember to bring firewood for the fire pit. While we do not stock firewood, it can be purchased at the nearby Shell station.

Fishing is welcome, and while previous guests have had some success, we can't make any guarantees! :)

Although we are located right on the river, there isn't a convenient access point due to the steep terrain from the land to the river. Please proceed with caution.

Additionally, please note that we have routine spa maintenance scheduled on Wednesdays.
