Great Gunks Getaway

"Nice place for a weekend getaway in the Gunks area. Very close to Minnewaska, not far from Mohonk and New Paltz too. In a very nice, quiet spot off the main road. House was clean and served all our needs for the weekend. There's no TV but that wasn't really an issue for us. Owner was very good with communication and provided very detailed info on the house/property. Would stay again!"

Practically perfect in every way🐞

"The cabin was perfect... almost. Check in was easy and the place is truly surrounded by trails and climbing. The bunk beds are in a room off the back of the house and it was cold. The back doors didn't feel very secure. There were also a lot of lady bugs. The fireplace had a hard-to-use controller and smelled of gas when we used it. There were no washcloths in the bathroom so we used a couple from the kitchen. There were ants by the fridge. We loved the decor and candles and insence. The long table behind the couch was ideal for spreading out and hanging out. I would stay there again for sure, but I'd sleep in the living room instead of the very back bedroom."

Great Getaway

"We had a great getaway at casa Minnewaska. The house is very well taken care of. You know the owners care for their house and it shows in all the little touches you’ll find during your stay, ie well appointed kitchen, comfy beds, rocking chairs on the front porch, enough towels for everyone, etc. it’s a great layout and secluded enough to feel like you are away from it all, but close enough to town and fine restaurants to be engaged when you want to be. Overall highly recommend!"

Stony Kill Ranch - Bohemian Paradise on Minnewaska

Great weekend getaway!

"Some friends and our pups were looking to spend a nice weekend upstate with our dogs to relax and spend time, and this place was perfect. The location is GREAT! It is near hiking trails, some breweries/orchards and while we didn’t go to dinner, there were restaurants around as well. The house was as described, spacious and had a lot to offer. We loved spending time in the hot tub and around the fire pit. The jam shed was a lot of fun for some in our group too! Check in was easy and when we had a couple of questions regarding our stay, the host was helpful immediately- even arranged to have wood dropped off when there wasn’t any. We loved every minute & would absolutely stay here again."

A Romantic Getaway

"We rented this place for a 4-day mid-week getaway to celebrate our anniversary. This was a perfect location that was near quaint little towns with farm to table restaurants, and a state park for hiking. We also loved that we were able to soak in the hot tub on a cool night afterwards, and warm up by the fireplace with a cup of tea. We really enjoyed our stay and have already recommended this place to our friends. Thank you!"

Stony Kill Cabin: A-Frame Kerhonkson Getaway with Modern Kitchen & Firepit

Almost perfect

"We really enjoyed our stay, but the driveway was very muddy, and it was hard to avoid because it went right in front of the door. We also had some issues with the oven, I don’t recommend using it. That being said, when I contacted the emergency number about the oven, the host was very quick to respond and very helpful. It is just not very user friendly (this coming from a professional baker). Other than that, everything was great. They left a brand new tennis ball out for our puppy as well as a nice dog bed. The cabin is beautiful and very accurate to the pictures. We would definitely stay again, or look at the company's other properties."

"We were in Kerhonkson for a wedding and really enjoyed staying in this classic home with our family. The interior is fixed up nicely, has plenty of room and tons of old school charm! Great location and close to everything including the park systems which was awesome!"
