"We were close the the arcade room with the machines making loud noise all night it was a little rough to sleep as we could hear it. Love the extra security in the night "

"Overwhelming smell, (moldy, slinky, dirty) throughout the floors and in our room. Pepperoni on the rug in our room that was crusted over. Bed- super comphy!! Noise level of the hotel and cleaning staff unacceptable :( 5:00 snow blowers going outside, 9:00sm cleaning crew in the next room literally banging the vacuumed up against the wall. Prior to that opening and closing (slamming shut) of doors from 8am. We’ve stayed here previously a few times and it was never like this :( won’t return. "

"My daughter stayed there with two of her friends to celebrate a birthday on Whyte Ave. The staff went over and above to make sure they had a great time. We really appreciate all the extra things that they did. She can't stop talking about how grateful she is. Thank you so much for making it a memorable stay."
