"Aside from being put in the front to middle with a baby to climb stairs, its a very nice place and Dennys right on sight open 24 hours is nice. Food was good. I would stay again for sure but with the elevator. 😁"

"The hotel is very close to the West Edmonton Mall (about a 3 minute walk)! The staff at the hotel were helpful, and there was a free continental breakfast (which was pretty good). However, we did find the hotel was a bit dated and there were some things that were not working properly. Aside from that, our stay was good. It fit the requirements and it felt safe and secure!"

"The property is dated and you can tell. They were doing renovations during our stay, on all the rooms surrounding our room. Staff was fairly nice, be one staff didn’t know which rooms were being renovated which I could not believe. At night, there’s a security guard watching the front door, good that security is present but also gives sense of insecurity on area on why a security guard is needed, unlike other hotels in other areas. The parking lot is a bit dark. Overall, the day is just satisfactory but would not recommend staying here if have other choice. "

"Paid $200 for a very dirty room with bugs, wall paper was peeling off on many places, everything was old and poorly maintained, bathroom sink was broken and glued together. Ligh switch was dirty and sticky. AC was so old you could only turn on or off. I don't know how that hotel is still open. Breakfast was terrible, yogurt was expired and eggs were from a plastic bag premade that they just warmed up and served like that. I won't recommend it to anyone."

"I chose this hotel because it had a restaurant and my husband just had a cancer treatment. Unfortunately I didn’t know they were closed on a Monday. Breakfast this morning was tasty and good coffee. "
