"Utrolig kaldt når vi kom frem i leiligheten, vi måtte sitte med jakker inne. Ble ikke varmt før ut på natta. Leiligheten er litt for liten til fire voksne. Begynner å bli slitt og bør oppgraderes. Det sto med liten skrift at vi måtte re opp sengene selv, og at dette var ekstrautgift. Før vi reiste måtte vi vaske over flekker, tømme oppvaskmaskinen og ta av sengetøy. "

"The property is very nice. The owner answered all the questions and texts. We wanted to start the sauna, but there was no English, he stopped by to start it. Although, it still didn't start and we didn't enjoy it, we would love to stop again and wonder in the forests eating berries. We went to the store and bakery he told us and bought wool sweater that is very warm, sandwiches and coffee, some food and other unnecessary stuff )))) to support local business. "This is a great property which was previoulsy a mill. The rooms are very comfortable, very comfy beds. They do not have a safe or fridge but we did not find that this was an issue. Breakfast is amazing and the dining room is a great piece of history. Reception staff were so helpful and knowledgeable about Lillehammer. This is an amazing hotel to be enjoyed including the rooftop bar. "

"After checking in we asked the front desk staff to help us with an unusual request and he didn’t hesitate to help us! He was fantastic! Then when checking out, I had multiple questions regarding the fjords, and she answered all of my questions and even looked things up on the computer for me. Very helpful and I appreciated it so much!"
