"Loved staying at this hotel, located directly overlooking the beautiful fijords. Very clean and very friendly and helpful staff. Dining was special with excellent menu options and presentation of food was beautiful as well as delicious. My favorite hotel on our one night stop over during our amazing car trip through the Norway fijords. Would highly recommend this property!!"

"The view, atmosphere created by the staff and hotel’s gentle grandeur was lovely, but our room was suoer hot (no air conditioning and a wall of south facing windows that only opened slightly) and the layout of the room was odd (likely due to limitations when upgrading the historic hotel). "Town of Stranda nothing much to do here, hotel is under renovation but fully open. Yuhan at the front counter was help full. Very good breakfast and parking on site. "
