"Great hotel! "

"Room smelled like smoke. They tried to say they were over booked and couldn’t move us to another room . I booked two rooms one was unoccupied . Wasn’t replenished or clean in either rooms . Girl at desk was eating and kept a sign that said would be back. Sloppy all together. Counter girl seemed to have no idea how to help with items. Musty smell and water damaged walls Simple answer Ghetto, dirty and not going again"

"The hot tub was not functioning and the pool was so cold it was unusable without the hot tub. The hot tub was exactly the reaon we chose the property over other hotels. The weekend with two upset kids = bad weekend."

"Everything was very clean but we were missing a closet door, our door didn’t lock and everything needed updating "

"The first room I was assigned wasn’t clean, as in it just got overlooked by housekeeping. Nothing offensive or gross. Front desk reassigned me quickly and apologized. Mistakes are unavoidable, we are human; great staff response and great stay otherwise."

"The hotel was very dated, the room looked like it was from 1970 “ yes I’m old enough to remember 1970) the rug was bunched up in a tripping hazard in many places in the center of the room. The bedspread had pools in it and looked like it’s been worn out for 10 years the couch I wouldn’t even sit on.. I would expect to see this room at a red roof in and not where I paid $200 with tax and all included. During checkout couldn’t even tell the front desk personnel because she was talking to her girlfriend on the phone the entire time and never asked me a single question.. Very disappointed . I would absolutely never stay there again"
