"Room service is by request only (and only before 11am) I wish there was an option for just having someone come in and make the bed at least. There’s no water bottles to purchase in room, water stations, etc. on the property. Water bottles are $5+ each. No mini bar or mini bar options on site. The location is fantastic, we were kindly upgraded to a beach view. Just a few things can be done to improve the experience. "
