"Our family of 5 and dog stayed at this little cottage. We enjoyed swimming off of the dock and the ability to park our boat. We enjoyed nearby hiking and exploring. We would love to come back. Don’t expect 5 Star, but it does the job for a great price. I am tall and had to duck through doorways and there were a ton of crane flies, but no deal breakers. We enjoyed waking up to the river. Thanks for the enjoyable family get away. "

"Great little rental. The house is older but has some nice updates and was very clean.The boat it came with was fantastic for some fun on the lake. We enjoyed tubing, cruising and stopping for lakeside dinners. ( we brought a tube, ropes, and child life vest) The boat has all the basics that are required. It is an older boat, but worked great and such a cost savings versus a rental from the marinas. It is a bit of an arduous walk down/up the hill from the house to the dock, so be sure you have everything you need. It wouldn't be suited for someone with mobility issues. I walked down to the bar then through it to use the stairs. "

"Property was clean, even better than the photos, dock was wonderful to swim off of and they had a ton of stuff for the kids to use down there. The house was big enough for our family and small enough that we weren’t all just in different areas all the time. Great property and great hosts!"
