"The apt was in an older home but it had a separate entrance. It's a quaint and quirky place and it suited our needs and budget perfectly.We enjoyed the walkability factor as it is very close to Warren Street.During our stay, there was a plumbing issue with the downstairs tenant, But the hostess was very gracious about it and made arrangements with a plumber immediately.A very pleasant stay overall. The living/dining room with refrigerator has no running water. Walk through the garage to get to the sink, coffee maker, toaster, laundry and bedroom/bath. No convenient access to oven or stove. Okay for those who do not want to cook. Would have liked to have had a small oven and hot plate."
