We loved staying here! The room and bathroom were massive. It was quiet and very charming. The little touches that the owners add in the common areas made us feel right at home. We loved our stay here! We were at Brass Lantern for just a couple days but definitely want to come back again.
I think the best parts are the amazing breakfasts and the inn keepers. They make delicious food and also are so hospitable. The coffee is also superb - I’m a bit of a coffee snob and their coffee was excellent.
The bed was also very comfortable and I loved the afternoon/evening snacks. The homemade blueberry pie was outstanding!
I hope we can come back again soon to visit. We love...

Pros - charming, beautiful, cozy, kind of historic, very "Austrian", delicious food, beautiful view. Lots of Trapp family and Sound of Music memorabilia throughout the lodge.
Cons - If you're a Sound of Music fan, you'll be very disappointed to find out that the "Trapp Family Lodge" is not full of Trapp family working...
