"Absolutely exceptional. Maja on reception welcomed us and provided a great service and offered an upgrade for my birthday. I also had a surprise birthday cake in the room. The room was spotless and had superior fittings in the bathrooms. Loved our room so much and the interior of the hotel. Overall it was faultless. The WhatsApp messages for extra help was also a nice touch. Couldn’t have asked for better! "

"We stayed just the 1-night and for that this hotel was perfect! The way to the room was janky and the walking path to our room felt weird. It felt as if the hotel bought the next door building and tried to merge both the architecture together but didn't work out. The included breakfast spread was great with various many options and a first time I have seen champagne / sparkling wine available :)"

"Be warned that you need early coordination for key pickup as there is no reception or self-checkin, which we were aware before booking. We had to wait over an hour to meet the host late in the evening when we were so tired. The condition of the apartment was bad. Faucet was broken (though usable), cracks on walls and ants in the kitchen. We would've left if we had other availability nearby. "
