"The place was not clean. Dirt and debris all over the floors. The bathrooms were clean but the downstairs one had no shower curtain and the upstairs one had mildew. We spent the first 45 minutes cleaning but we couldn't get the carpets clean because the vacuum cleaner barely worked. The Wi-Fi didn't work even after we rebooted the modem. When we told the host the network didn't show they replied "that's the only one there is best regards". Overall host communication and support was poor. ...

"Several issues: dirty bathrooms( moldy grout in shower, cobwebs around ceiling) , sewage smell in center hallway was pronounced when bathrooms were used, not enough towels for our party of 5, washing machine didn’t work properly, dryer non-existent but was advertised. Linens were not only stained and gross but there also weren’t any sheets supplied for the pull out sofa (1 individual in our party had to sleep directly on the mattress). "Stayed here for the Peter Kay concert at the 3 Arena. What a fantastic location, bars and restaurants immediately close also. The place was bouncing sooooo many people and was difficult to get into them so we opted for a sit in Dominoes around the corner which was delish and not crowed at all. Hotel check in didn’t accept my driving licence however the receptionist was very help and we were checked in promptly. Room was spacious with a great kitchen and fabulous shower. Great location for 3 Arena would highly recommend."
