"In town for a few days hunting with friends. Place was nice and owner was nice. Had trouble with the door lock code a few times. Almost had reservation cancelled because the owner could “hear animals” which was actually us getting our turkey calls out for the following day. Very clean house and quiet neighborhood. Felt weird that the owner was in some sort of a hidden apt. though. "

"Alex was very helpful, constantly checking in. House was equipped with everything you may need. He even let us check in an hour early. Great spot to stay."

"Barbecue grill is something wrong because heating is so slow and not going up high a some time!"

"Close to shopping and fun activities for children."

"The house was great. Very roomy, and very comfortable. My daughter, son-in-law and granddaughter live a mile away, so my brother, sister-in-law, and niece came for Christmas. It was a great location, and a very comfortable well appointed home. "

"This place was in a great location, just across the road from the lake. It was very peaceful. The house had all equipment/utensils/condiments and cleaning things you would have at home. Anthony was a welcoming host. we had a great stay. "

"We had a great stay here. The property and accommodations were excellent. Clean, quiet, and as comfortable as we could ask for. It is in a great location close to the University of NH (great to drive and walk through) and Portsmouth. Highly recommend staying here!"

"Property appears to be new construction. The rooms were good sized. Beds were comfortable. All the appliances worked without issue. My only negative is that the home is located on a main thoroughfare. Traffic noise can be a bit much, but it quited down after about 9:30pm.My interactions with the owner were quick and easy. We got timely answers to the questuons we asked. If i have ti travel back into the atea, I would want yo use this property again."

"Amazing house for a family! Good layout and nice little yard with swings to play in."

"This property was well maintained, clean and plenty spacious. They also have a really nice entertainment area that is lakeside. (Unfortunately we weren’t able to use it as we stayed in the dead of winter) we did however enjoy the lake as we did some ice fishing with the kids. Owner was responsive and easy to work with. Thanks for a great weekend "
