"Excellent location in Belfast. Staff very helpful and pleasant. Large shopping area is close and very walkable. Rooms are comfortable and well sized. Don’t skimp on the number of days in Belfast and in this place. The only issue is parking is a bit clunky."

"This hotel was close to town centre it was quiet so I had a great sleep every night .plenty of tea coffee milk I had no complaints I was there 3 night and asked so many questions about directions always answered with a smile also a free phone to taxi longest I waited was 1 minute incredible"

"What I like the most about this hotel is that it is old, but in a good way. Feels very authentic to me. Even though some things need to be upgraded, it’s still very quaint and comfortable. The other thing that I love was the receptionist who checked me in and helped me through my entire stay. I believe her name is Angelique. I could be wrong though. But she was very friendly, very helpful, funny and just a great person. "
