Tolles Haus in der Stadt
Ein Kompliment an die Besitzer! Sehr geschmackvoll restauriertes Haus. Die Nähe zur Innenstadt und zum Hafen ist perfekt. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man im Urlaub benötigt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Familientreffen zum 12.Rügenbrückenlauf
Diese Ferienwohnung ist ein Traum. Alle Erwartungen wurden noch übertroffen. Wir haben die Ferienwohnung mit 7 Personen genutzt und alle hatten ausreichend Platz. Das i-Tüpfelchen sind der Kamin und die Sauna. Auch die Lage in der Innenstadt und trotzdem total ruhig, ist genial. Wir werden gerne diese Ferienwohnung wieder mieten.

Ein sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Objekt - > leider fehlende Sauberkeit
Das Objekt stimmt mit den im Internet dargestellten Fotos (bis auf die Terrasse) überein. Es ist ein geschmackvoll eingerichtetes, geräumiges Feriendomizil für 6 Personen - hier machte unser Urlaub (nach dem wir es säuberten) sehr viel Spaß. Hier ein paar Auszüge über den vorgefundenen Zustand. Dusche - Glaswand schmutzig // Küche - Mülleimer innen total verdreckt // Essensreste am Geschirr //Küche - Schubfächer innen voller Krümmel // Lampen in den Räumen zu gestaubt // Böden voller Staubflocken und sandig // Spinnweben so weit das Auge reicht. Schön wären auch Fliegengitter und ein Vorhang in und an den Fenstern gewesen. Es war sehr heiß in den Räumen und man hatte den Wunsch die Fenster direkt zu öffnen (nicht nur in Kippstellung) - verzichteten jedoch darauf, da von der einen Seite des Raumes die Straßenlaterne den Raum taghell erstrahlen lies und auf der anderen Seite der Nachbar am Küchentisch sitzend uns beim Schlafen zusehen konnte. Möchte niemand. Einen Vorteil hatte die Laterne - sie sorgte in der Nacht für einen unfallfreien Gang zum Bad. Des Weiteren fehlte das Bettzeug für das Beistellbett.

Wunderschöne Wohnung in mitte Der Altstadt
Ein wunderschönes, sehr sauberes Haus im Stadtzentrum. Höchster Qualität überall - schöne Bette, gut ausgestattete Küche und sehr sauber. Einfach auch mit Auto zu erreichen und Parkplatz neben dem Haus! Kann empfehlen!

Zentral gelegen. Geräumig. Liebevoll eingerichtet.
Wir hatten die Wohnung "Sternwitten" für drei Tage gemietet. Wir waren mit drei Generationen (5 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder) dort. Der Backsteinspeicher ist zentral in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße gelegen. Wir haben alles zu Fuß unternommen, unsere zwei Fahrzeuge konnten neben dem Haus parken und wurden die drei Tage nicht bewegt. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. In der offenen Küche ist alles vorhanden. Schön ist auch die offene Bibliothek und die vielen Spiele für gemeinsame Abende. Ein kleiner Tip ist die Anbringung eines Teilgeländers (Handlauf) bei der Treppe zum Obergeschoß, sodass sich auch gehbehinderte Personen festhalten können. Stralsund hat uns sehr gut gefallen, sodass wir bestimmt noch einmal diese Stadt besuchen und vielleicht eine der anderen Wohnungen mieten werden. Zum Schluß, vielleicht könnten Sie die Bilder der jeweiligen Wohnung zuordnen, damit man sich ein genaues Bild machen kann. Mit freundlichen Grüßen

Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis nicht ausgewogen
Schön renovierte Wohnung in einem Backsteinhaus über zwei Etagen. Ausblick nach hinten auf ein brachliegendes Grundstück bzw Baulücke, nicht schön. Die gesamte Wohnung war bei Ankunft in einem mehr oder weniger verdrecktem Zustand. Hier mussten wir mit Staubsauger und Lappen entsprechend nacharbeiten. Geschirr zum Teil ebenfalls verdreckt. Kfz Abstellplatz befindet sich auf angrenzendem Grundstück, dieses ist nicht asphaltiert, sandiger Boden. Die Duschkabinen waren extrem verkalkt, Bodenfliesen verdreckt. Insgesamt hat das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis nicht gestimmt. Wir werden von einer erneuten Anmietung absehen.

Liebevoll saniert, exzellente Ausstattung
Das Objekt ist liebevoll saniert; die Ausstattung ist hochwertig, man spürt, dass hier viel Aufwand und Sorgfalt eingeflossen sind. Lage in der Stralsunder Altstadt, alles Sehenswürdigkeiten bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen. Kommunikation mit den Eigentümern und der Verwalterfamilie sehr freundlich; alles Organisatorische verlief völlig reibungslos. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Stilvolles Ambiente mitten in der Altstadt
In Stralsund gibt es noch immer viele Baulücken , so ist die unmittelbare Umgebung nicht ganz so idyllisch wie man auf den eersten Blick meinen würde. Das Objekt selbst ist aber Top- Saniert und sehr gemütlich. Die Parkplätze sind leider völlig unstrukturiert und für die Anzahl der Wohnungen zu wenig.
