The hotel is in the center with several restaurants in walking distance but the rooms are a bit worn out. Comfy bed though.

Would return!

Incredibly polite staff. Room was spacious and comfortable, with a big window and a pretty view. Breakfast was delicious, and I believe the choice was big enough to cater to everyone’s preferences. Convenient location, very close to everything, especially water (huge pro!).

Deluxe double room had a single quilt instead of double and one pillow No tea or coffee facilities Directly below gym so was could hear running machine going in the morning at 6am Curtains were shocking so let all the light in the room at 5am

Auch wenn das Hotelinventar inzwischen in die Jahre gekommen ist, ist das Personal superfreundlich und zuvorkommend, und wiegt damit die oben genannten Mängel auf. Danke nochmal für den tollen Service, und auch für den schönen Geburtstagstisch für unseren Jüngsten!

Ein sehr schönes und gut gelegenes Hotel mit einem schönen Ausblick aufs Meer oder in die Innenstadt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir kommen gern wieder. Das Frühstück war ausreichend und lecker.

Für einen Kurzurlaub gut gelegen. Altstadt und Hafen fussläufig in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen, für Ausflüge in die Umgebung ist man schnell aus der Stadt raus. Hotelinventar und Teppichboden etwas abgenutzt (wie in mehreren Bewertungen kritisiert), war aber alles sauber! Wenn ich einen Kurzurlaub mache, halte ich mich eigentlich nur zum Schlafen im Hotel auf, deshalb stören mich o.g. Mängel nicht. Personal super freundlich.

Wir sind sehr oft in Stralsund. Dieses Hotel haben wir zum ersten und leider auch zum letztem Mal besucht. Positiv ist definitiv die Lage und die Nähe zur Innenstadt zu bewerten. Das Personal verdient weitere 2 Sterne: alle sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Negativ bewerte ich die Zimmerausstattung sowie die Sauberkeit der Zimmer. In Stralsund sind viele Hotels noch mit dem alten Teppichboden ausgestattet, dies erzeugt einen unerträglichen Geruch, was Aufenthalt in dem Zimmer auf Minimum reduziert. Das Zimmer war gut aufgeteilt, leider statt einer Wand und Zimmertrennung gab es nur Provisorium, die Geräuschkulisse zwischen den "Zimmerräumen" lässt denken, dass alle an einem Tisch sitzen.. Neutral ist die Parkmöglichkeit zu bewerten: man findet auch einen kostenlosen Parkplatz, sonst zahlt man auf der Straße einen Tagesgebühr von 6€ oder für einen Platz in der Tiefgarage 17 €. Fazit: nach einer Renovierung könnte das Hotel wieder interessant werden. In dem aktuellen Zustand werden wir das Hotel nicht mehr besuchen.

Dejligt hotel med god morgenmadsbuffet. Der var god stemning i lobbyen hvor man skulle opholde sig for at få optimal internetdækning. Dårlig dækning på værelserne. Rengøring efter behov og anmodning hvilket var et godt tiltag. Manglede du en elkedel kunne den hentes i receptionen. God service og fin placering i forhold til ture i området - og med gåafstand til bymidte og havn.

Obs! Det fanns ingen ventilation i vårt rum och det blev väldigt varmt. Vi öppnade fönsterna men det var en mycket högljud väg utanför. - Inget säkerhetsskåp på rummet - Ingen minibar/kyl på rummet - Inget pentry på rummet (det klassades ändå som en lägenhet) - Rummet var inte klart kl 15 - Hotellet delvis ganska slitet och luktade sunkigt + Trevlig personal i receptionen + God frukost

Das Haus ist gut genutzt worden, aber sehr sauber und ordentlich. Wir haben im sehr geräumigen Familienzimmer sehr gut geschlafen. Die Angestellten waren sehr professionell und zuvorkommend. So will man im Hotel behandelt werden! Der Preis spiegelte die Abnutzung des Hauses wieder und somit würden wir das Haus für einen Aufenthalt in Stralsund immer empfehlen.

Dieses Hotel ist sehr dreckig. Der Teppich im Flur ist voll mit Flecken. Die Möbel im Zimmer sind abgenutzt und kaputt. Unser Zimmer war nicht gründlich geputzt.
