Beach house for 9 guests – 400 m to the sea

Cozy holiday home in Bratten located only 400 meters from the beautiful sandy beach. The house is situated in a quiet and family-friendly area where deer and pheasants are often seen just outside.



The house is 105 m² and accommodates up to 9 guests. It has 4 bedrooms, an annex and a total of 2 bathrooms, as well as a cozy loft area.



The property was built in 1993 and partially modernized in 2020, offering a bright and relaxing holiday home with plenty of space for families and friends.



Outside you can enjoy the large terrace and the peaceful surroundings. The beach is only a short walk away, making it perfect for swimming, relaxing and long walks along the coast.



During winter (1 November – 31 March) free firewood is provided for the wood-burning stove, creating cozy evenings indoors.



Parking is available at the house and check-in is easy via key box. Energy (electricity) is not included in the price and must be paid according to consumption based on the meter reading. See the price per kWh when booking. Settlement is made only after the stay. Note: Not for commercial rental.
