Spotless room, quite spacious, very quiet. Interesting location, but was a 25 minute walk to old town and a 10 minute walk to the tram station - very convenient for what we needed and affordable.

Very old and dirty in the unit, lobby was clean. We had to use to fold out and I was afraid of bed bugs, the mattress was so gross! I went with blind faith that the blankets were clean and layered them on top. We asked for another duvet or blankets and was told they don’t have any. Did not eat breakfast, it looked like a small option for the price. The staff was friendly and answered directional questions. We were not close to restaurants or city center but the tram was close. Not sure I would stay here again.

Super basic hotel. Feeling unsafe with weird things always going on in the lobby. Small and disgusting shower and toilet with stained towels. Not worth the money at all!

Pour 12, c'était parfait

La résidence hôtel est super. Le ménage était fait tous les jours. Le quartier n'était pas génial mais nous n'y étions que pour dormir.

Was hat uns gut gefallen? Freundlichkeit des Personals, Deutsch sprachige Rezeption, Tipps hinsichtlich Nahverkehr. Auch die Anbindung an die Strassenbahn ist sehr gut, mit der Linie A gelangt man in 10 Minuten ins Zentrum der Stadt bei einem Preis hin und zurück von 3,80 EUR pro Person. Die TRAM Station ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Auch die Parkmöglichkeiten sind sehr gut, da neben dem Hotel ein sehr großer Parkplatz ist. Die Größe der Zimmer war ausreichend groß und es gibt sogar eine kleine Kochnische. Was hat uns weniger gefallen? Die Türen der Zimmer werden mit einem Schlüssel geöffnet und man hörte das Öffnen bzw Schliessen der Tür von anderen Gästen (hellhörig). Die Dusche ist wirklich sehr klein, zumindest für etwas stabiler gebaute Personen. Eher kleines Thema: TV nur mit französischen Sendern und die Fernbedienung war doch schon recht ramponiert.

A notre arrivée le lit bébé n'était pas mis en place. J'ai dû me chercher et l'installer moi même. La chambre est correcte mais à des traces de vétusté. Nous étions 3 dans la chambre, il n'y avait pas de serviettes pour tout le monde. Sinon dans la chambre nous n'avons pas entendu de bruit des éventuelles voisins. En revanche la chaleur obligeait d'ouvrir la fenêtre la nuit. Notre chambre donnant sur le parking cela était plutôt bruyant car beaucoup de personnes parlaient fort (après nous n'avons pas l'habitude de vivre en ville...)

L'appartamento è spazioso e comodo, ma l'hotel si trova in una zona in netto contrasto con la bellezza di Strasburgo centro che è facilmente raggiungibile in 10 minuti con tramway, tranne il 1/05 causa sospensione totale di ogni trasporto. Informazione non comunicata ma scoperta.

Dans l'ensemble était bien ☺️, le confort, l'emplacement, même l'appartement bien équipé, le seul problème c'est que le ménage n'es pas faite correctement, y a pleins étoile d'araignée partout on voit même les araignées qui se balade partout et les enfants a u peur , le rideau est trop sale. C'était le seul problème mais sinon prix raisonnable belle acceuil, en tout cas nous reviendrons.

Wir waren mit Familie da hatten ein geräumiges Zimmer. Wir sind nicht anspruchsvoll aber so manches ist auch an uns nicht vorbei gegangen. Dreckige Wände Staub an den Steckdosen. Park Möglichkeiten direkt hinter den Hotel im Hof des Hotels kostenlos. Paar min Flusslauf bis nächte Tram Haltestelle dort kann man sich am Automaten einen 3tages Pass kaufen alles unkompliziert. Mit der Linie A kommt man direkt in die Stadt und auch wieder zurück. Frühstück Buffet vollkommen okay man braucht nicht viel ausfall soviel kann man sowieso nicht essen. Alles was man zum Frühstück braucht war da. Frühstück kostet 13 Euro pro Person Preis ist angemessen. Wir hatten schöne Tage in Straßburg genauso wie wir uns es vorgestellt haben.
