"A beautifully designed, very well appointed hotel with a large private garden that would be great to enjoy during fair weather. The room was exceptionally large with the entrance hallway separating the bed area from the roomy bathroom. The hotel is in a quiet part of Strasbourg, but only a few minutes extra walk to public squares and restaurants. The staff were helpful before and during our stay, but were a little cold and business-like in face-to-face interactions"

Lots of beautiful restaurants and bakeries. Close to public transport (tram at the end of the street). Wifi can be difficult and is unsecured. "

It’s location is less than a minute from the river and the promenade which runs along this side of the river. The staff are friendly and welcoming and will try to accommodate you as far as it is reasonably possible. We would strongly recommend this hotel. "

"You can't beat the location, right across from the entrance to the Cathedral. The hotel is in a very old building and they have done a good job of updating over time. Our attic room had a flight of stairs inside the door to the room and had a level above that. Service was good, cleanliness generally good, but there was a lot of sandy debris on the bedcover when we arrived - I assume because the windows had been left open. We cleaned it off and it did not show up again. Would stay there again,...

"Very nice hotel with excellent staff just outside of the train station making transportation very good. It is about a quarter mile to the Grand Isle and easily walkable to the tourist area. I am glad I stayed there and would stay there again."
