The hotel is in an excellent location within easy walking distance to many of Strasbourg's main attractions. Parking is very convenient in the parking garage right next door. Breakfast was very good. The room was very small and it was all we could do to even fit the luggage in. Not even a hair dryer in the bathroom. Can only give it 3 stars because of the room size.

Main concern from my side is, that the majority of the staff isn’t able to articulate in english. German speaking staff isn’t available at all from my perspective . Rooms were very clean but also very small , majority of the staff nice .. but when it comes to parking along major events like Christmas market then they are not very helpful ..

Superb hotel really convenient for all Strasbourg has to offer. Really helpful staff especially Thomas behind reception. Room really nice and breakfast had lots of choice. The only negative is not having tea and coffee making facilities in the room which I would expect from this type of establishment,but this would not stop me staying again

My bad for not purchasing the parking before I got there. The address from the web site to the property did not work because of the one way streets but we got there. The staff was great. Breakfast was good and it was such a great location to walk to all the things we wanted to see.

Très bon établissement, le personnel est très sympathique. En revanche, les seuls points négatifs sont le parking et le fait que les chambres ne soit pas super bien isolées (on entends beaucoup les portes claquer et les gens parler ou marcher dans le couloir) En dehors de ça c’est un très bon hôtel !
