A good hotel very close to the railway station and not a long walk from the cathedral. Pleasant staff, good rooms, and a bar. Good value, highly recommended, especially if you are travelling by rail.

Room problems

On one of the days, the keycard for our children’s room did not work. I went to the front desk 3 times before they came to see for themselves. On two of the three days, the toilet was running making a noise that made it difficult to sleep. We reported it 3 times and they said it was fixed. It was running been we left. For 350 euro a night —we know Strasbourg is expensive — this was not a good experience. The breakfast and breakfast staff were terrific.

Service sympa, mais les chambres sont veillotes... vielle moquette orange au sol, vieux meubles, etc... impossible de régler la temperature dans la chambre, qui se tait surchauffer. Sinon super emplacement en face de la gare et bon petit dej.

駅前で便利です。夜の駅の景色がキレイに見えます。 部屋の広さ、設備も悪くなく、快適に過ごせると思います。 チェックイン時間より１時間以上早く到着してしまいましたが、快く部屋に通してくれてとても助かりました。 部屋にあったコップが紙コップだったのが少し不便でした。

Hôtel bien situé face à la Gare

Bon hôtel bien située face à la gare de Strasbourg. La chambre est de taille correcte et le personnel est sympathique. L'hôtel de dispose pas de parking sur place, mais à un accord tarifaire avec un parking public à proximité. La ville de Strasbourg propose de nombreux moyens de déplacement (Bus, Tram, Vélo). Ce n'est pas utile de se déplacer en voiture

Great stay, great hotel…

Mercure is a wonderful hotel. The location is awesome. Very close to the train station as well as the old town. We love Strasbourg at Christmas time.

Near train station

I wanted to be near the train station and this worked well. Comfortable room and good breakfast. Best thing is they let me check in at noon instead of waiting. This is a good way for Accor to keep customers happy.
