Desk staff periodically leaves the reception area and locks it up, so if you've left your keys with them, you're shut out; then they're dismissive if you object. My room had a floor on two levels (down to the bathroom and to the area in front of the door), so I had to be on guard against tripping. Bedside light wouldn't stay on because the plug falls out of the socket. In-room coffee/tea supplies not replenished. There was an electric kettle on the desk, but the nearest electrical outlet was on the other side of the room. Liquid soap container empty. The 5:30 a.m. fire alarm that wasn't shut off for 20 minutes didn't help either (there was no fire). I have no objection to re-using towels, but hotels usually ask your preference rather than just declining to give you new ones. The key to my friend's room next door jammed in the lock and needed staff intervention to get open (twice). Nice bed and duvet, though.

Great hotel, great location

Our room was great. It was very spacious with comfortable bed, clean bathroom and view out to Place Kléber. The Christmas markets were on in the square but it was nice and quiet inside and the heavy curtains helped block out any Christmas lights. Plenty of shops and eateries nearby and within walking distance, ad well as trams. Staff were always friendly and helpful.

Location is amazing, walking straight out into the Kleber plaza. I was worried at first about how small my room was, but it ended up being great and I had everything I needed. The front desk staff was friendly! The breakfast was in a delightful little room and had plenty of options. This hotel is in the center of town and within walking distance to most everything you'll want to see in Strasbourg

The room was quite spacious for a double room in Europe. Clean and comfortable. Nice shower with rainfall shower head. Walkable to everything in Strasbourg. The Tram to head back to the main train station was just around the corner. We had a great stay.

OK hotel, great location

Good location, but some noice during the night. Clean apartment on the other side of the tram than the rest of the hotel, which was OK and we had a lot of space. Breakfast was good.

Our room was very nice. The bedding was good and the room decor was modern with clean lines. It was on a busy street but we didn’t really notice any noise. There are not any amenities to speak off, which was fine for us, but may not be right for others. Convenient location.

This is a nifty contemporary hotel. Each room is unique, pretty and spruce. Be aware that there is a certain amount of tram noise and other street racket.

The hotel was small - VERY small elevator, very small room & bathroom. It was clean except for the pillows. There were oil/dirt spots on one of the sleeping pillows, and something disgusting on the throw pillows on the bed. Otherwise, everything was fine.

I don’t like the color orange

Hard to find hotel, harder to find parking. A/C will only cool to set temp 22c according to desk clerk due to “government conservation and environment rules”. Moldy shower , tv would not turn off. Floor shakes like 1.2 Richter scale earthquake every minute or two. Breakfast is expensive and weak. Near a major tram stop (day and night noise) and street market (day time noise). Two person elevator, super small room.

Zentral gelegen, außer dass das Zimmer einer Puppenstube glich war alles in Ordnung. Man ist ja unterwegs und zum Schlafen braut man ja nur ein Bett, das auch in einem guten Zustand war. Kann die Unterkunft empfehlen.
