Detente et plénitude

Accueil tres bien dans un cadre tres chill. Superbechambre bien pensée le lit est tres confortable et le spa permet un tresbon moment de détente. Je reviendrai tres bientôt

Je ne suis pas resteee dans cet hôtel pour 2 raisons : la chambre était en sous sol, au même étable que le spa et les soins ( alors que l hôtel dispose d. Étage avec balcon lumineux) . Bien qu’elle soit spacieuse cela m’a donné l impression d une chambre près de la cave . Quasi pas de lumière , même avec les ouvrants , de plus la lumière des toilettes ne fonctionnait pas . Et il n y a pas de veilleur de nuit pour un hôtel classé ville luxueux .!! J ai demandé le remboursement que j attends encore .. je suis partie . Parking dans la rue , sans ticket .

Foi muito gratificante. A princípio achei que estava um pouco longe do centro histórico, mas o bairro onde se localiza o hotel é maravilhoso e a caminhada até o centro da cidade é muito agradável e com vistas maravilhosas da cidade e seus canais.

Hôtel de bon standing dans un quartier très calme. Excellente litterie. très belle salle de bain et WC séparé. 25 minutes à pied pour rejoindre le centre. Arrêt de bus à 5 minutes. Dans notre chambre, Il manquait des rangements pour les vêtements. Le hammam était en panne, la douche de la piscine coulait de partout. Le petit déjeuner était plutôt cher (24 Euros) et des aliments notés sur la carte n'étaient pas proposés.

Alles super und sehr komfortabel. Nur eine kleine Snack Karte für den Poolbereich wäre wünschenswert. Aber ein top Hotel.

Modern renoviertes Stadthotel in einer alten Villa

Kleines modernes Hotel in einer alten Villa im Botschaftsviertel. Lage ist ruhig, etwas abgelegen vom Stadtzentrum (ca. 15-20min Fussmarsch bis man den zentralen Teil erreicht). Wir hatten zwei Zimmer gebucht, ein "Traditional" und ein "Supérieure". Bei beiden Buchungen haben wir vom Hotel freundlicherweise ein Upgrade auf die nächsthöhere Zimmerkategorie bekommen. Gratis Parkplätze am Strassenrand sind in der Umgebung genügend vorhanden. WLAN hat ausgezeichnet funktioniert, nur einmal hatte ich Probleme mit meiner IPsec VPN Verbindung. Das Frühstück haben wir aufgrund des Preises nicht genutzt und sind stattdessen in die Stadt. Wir würden wiederkommen.

Disappointing

We had planned to stay four nights but left after two because of lousy service and bad location. We had paid more than $1,000 in advance to stay at this place and thought it would not be too much to ask to have coffee brought up to the room in the morning (since there was no coffee maker). One of the very young women who seemed to be running the place said she would bring it at 7 a.m. but never did. My husband went down to ask about it at 7:30 but the young woman said she was "busy." We had a couple more similar misunderstandings and made arrangements to go elsewhere. It was very expensive -- of course we did not get any refund -- but we wanted to enjoy the last few days of our time in France. We also realized we made a huge mistake in staying on the outskirts of town rather than closer to the cathedral and the Petite France area. It might be OK if the weather had been good -- it is next to a beautiful park full of storks -- but it rained every day and was cold while we were there.

Nice boutique hotel about a km from Little France.

They have a lot of staff walking around in black suits and with big smiles. They try to be nice but in reality they speak poor English and they are poorly trained. The woman at the front desk couldn't even arrange a day tour of the city for us. Nice Hotel but incompetent staff.

Room was quite a bit smaller than displayed on the website if the website room even exists. Overly large bed was comfortable but took up 80% of the available floor space. Shower and bath were on one side of the room commode with miniature sink in a seperate room on the other. Two people couldn't pass at the foot of the bed.

Idéal pour voyage d'affaires et sérénité

Un havre de paix en plein Strasbourg dans le quartier des ambassades près du parc de l'orangerie. Une villa accueillante comme un cocon dans l'histoire, influencée par l'architecte (Novarina) et ses propriétaires amateurs d'art et de beauté qui ont su être à l'écoute de ce lieu et en ont fait un écrin. Le tout saupoudré d'un SPA nuxe et d'un personnel d'un professionnalisme et d'une notion de service qui méritent d'être soulignés.

SÉJOUR PARFAIT

Séjour pour la Saint Valentin, nous sommes arrivée pour 15h en étant accueillis chaleureusement. Après avoir rempli quelque papier nos bagages étaient déjà monté en chambre. L'hôtesse nous accompagne donc jusqu'à notre chambre supérieur avec un grand lit, 2 vélux surplombant la tête de lit, une baignoire pour deux et une grande douche à l'italienne. Autant dire que nous n'étions pas déçu la chambre était vraiment comme sur la photo avec en prime 2 serviettes en forme de cignes qui forment un cœur et des petits cœurs sur le lit. En prime apres etre installé, une belle rose de livrée à la chambre pour madame de la part de l'hôtel. Notre séjour se composait de sorties restaurant, de visite, et en dehors de tout ceci nous passions notre temps à se détendre dans le SPA de l'hôtel bien à l'écart puisque dans une étage spécial de l'hôtel. Résultat un très très bon séjour !

A la hauteur de ces etoiles

Personnel très accueillant, disponible et à l'écoute tout comme la direction. La chambre était superbe avec une petite attention de la part du personnel pour rendre la chambre plus romantique (petit coeur en tissu, serviette plié façon coeur). Eine Oase der Ruhe

Kleines, von aussen unauffälliges Boutique-Hotel in einem ruhigen Botschaften-Viertel. Sehr nettes und gut geschultes Personal. Die Zimmer sind sehr gross mit grosszügigem Bad- und Duschbereich. Vom Spa-Bereich haben wir mehr erwartet. Z.B. ist der Pool lediglich ein Outdoor-Pool. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel zum Stadtzentrum sind nicht in der Nähe.Es ist ein Auto erforderlich oder ein mindestens halbstündiger Fussmarsch.

Das Büffel ist reichhaltig, aber überteuert. Leider ist der Wellnessbereich winzig und die Sauna nicht wirklich heiß. Sonst War das Hotel sehr schön und das Personal sehr zuvorkommend.

- Jolie hôtel situé dans un quartier calme - Personnel accueillant, souriant, prévenant,agréable et serviable - La chambre que nous avions était une my spa (la portugal plus exactement) et elle était parfaite avec: - un grand lit confortable - une télévision à grand écran plat que l'on peut également pivoter pour pouvoir la regarder depuis la baignoire balneo - une baignoire balnéo ouverte sur la chambre, qui peut contenir 2 personnes avec des lumières qui créent une ambiance tamisée et romantique - une grande douche en plus de la baignoire balneo - des produits d'accueils Nuxe (shampooing, conditionner,savon, gel douche, lait pour le corps) ainsi que des cotons demaquillants, des cotons tiges, des bonnets de douche,un set de manucure... - un mini bar avec des boissons payantes - volets électriques - terrasse Bref une chambre bien équipée, confortable, dans laquelle on a envie de passer plus que 2 nuits. Au niveau de l'hôtel, celui ci comporte un spa doté d'un hammam, d'un sauna, d'une piscine extérieure chauffée, d'un jacuzzi extérieur chauffé et des soins payants sont disponibles à la carte. Le petit déjeuner est un peu cher mais il est très varié et complet, il y a du salé comme du sucré et il comporte des produits bio, sans gluten... En résumé j'ai été très satisfaite de mon séjour dans cet hôtel et si j'ai l'occasion de revenir à Strasbourg, je retournerais dans cet hôtel avec plaisir.

Perfect hotel for family or business

Wonderful small hotel, very pleasant surprise. The team is great, they helped us with the luggage from our car. They were all very kind. The lady that runs the place was very helpful and friendly. She gave our daughter a small treat... A Teddy bear... We will never forget the pleasure with the kindness they showed. Although we only stayed for one night I definitely recommend this hotel.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Need to point out that this is not a five star hotel. They don't have a restaurant (besides breakfast), no room service, pressing, shoe shine etc. If it was 4 star I would not be complaining.

Relax while doing business

Fantastic hotel just outside the city. Well kept and very boutique. The surrounding area is populated by embassies and lovely properties so very quiet at night. The hotel manager takes great pride in how things look and taste. The little treats on the bed were awesome and decor to match, clean, crisp and modern.
