This hotel gets it right! The staff is super friendly and made me feel like a VIP! Everything is thoughtfully laid out and perfect for a long-term stay. It is right across the street from the subway and only 15 minutes away from city center. There is a shopping mall right across the street with a grocery store in the same building. Highly recommended!

This hotel is perfect for those days when you have an early flight in the morning. It's on the airport property and 6-8 minute walk to the check in counters. Lobby has a bar and restaurant so very convenient. Staff is energetic, friendly and helpful. Standard rooms are small but sufficient for overnight stay and price is right. I upgraded to the family room and was much better. Can't go wrong for early travelers. I'll book here again.

Brand New Hotel, New Neighbirhood, Nice, Quiet, Safe Location, Tram Stop in front of Hotel, Subway within Walking Distance. Highly Recommended!

Was concerned it was far from the tourist attractions. Then, I learned you can take the metro (right outside the hotel) to them AND the train station. Hotel itself is very nice and clean. Staff is very friendly

Safe, quiet location about a mile from everything in the historic / tourist districts you want to see. You can take a longer (30 minutes to 1 hour) walk OR underground OR tram rides that are 5 minute walk away 15 minute rides. The bus tram underground ticket cost me $8 for a 24 hour unlimited pass. Great little hotel. Room was plenty big for our family of four. The train station was only about a 5 minute walk and the tram to take you into the city was just right across the hotel. Loved the check in process as well, everything done over the tablet in the lobby and fortunately our room was ready way before we expected which was helpful after a long travel day. Would stay here again.

Very good location with many amenities around and public transportation. Easy to navigate, helpful and friendly staff and the room was very clean, definitely recommend for a short trip to Vienna.

We were suggested to stay in this hotel with our toddler and so happy we did! It is kids oriented and offers separate room for toddlers with plenty of toys and riding cars and a separate room for older kids with all the games you can think of! Having the restaurant and the bar literally in the lobby of the hotel, made our stay even more relaxed! The hotel is situated in a nice residential complex with plenty of playgrounds for the kids. Quite pleased with our stay here. Room was clean and well appointed with a really eclectic and luxurious look. Beds were a bit stiff for us and we had to ask for more pillows which they happily provided. Breakfast was wonderful. Didn’t get to try the other two restaurants/bars. Would def stay again. It’s near westbanhoff which made it very convenient

The hotel is on a great location close to the train station and plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The rooms are very modern and well equipped. We really enjoyed our stay.

The hotel was fantastic, breakfast was amazing and it was in a quieter part of town close to public transit.
