"We used the hotel as a base as we had family in nearby village. So the hotel was nearest to them. The staff and facilities were good. "Nice hotel with great wellness area, exclusive suite was spacious room. Unfortunatelly the meals provided are below average and its taste varies hugely from day to day. "It took entirely too long to check in. Clerk insisted on my passport even though I provided my residency card. Hall carpets need cleaning and it is too muggy in hallways, need better ventilation. Dinner and breakfast were great and wait staff was fantastic. We put out notice for breakfast room service at 20:30 but it was still hanging on door in morning. Don't offer this service if you aren't going to follow your own rules. Air conditioning was turned off and there was no ventilation in room....
