IMPORTANT NOTES

- Pool is open seasonally (typically Memorial Day through Labor Day, weather dependent)

- Pool depth ranges from approximately 3 to 6 feet and is used at guests’ own risk

- No pets permitted

- A Ring doorbell camera is located at the front entrance and faces outward. There are no cameras or recording devices inside the home

- Fireplaces are not available for guest use

- Washer and dryer are available on the main level
