The motel has been around for a while, so it could use a little exterior TLC. The room had new A/C mini-split. It worked great. The beds were comfy. The bathroom has been updated. A great shower with lots of hot water. At this price point, we were pleasantly surprised.

Very clean & tidy room with furnishings and flooring that looked quite new and fresh. Mattress was almost luxurious in thickness. Extremely gracious and friendly staff at the front desk, which is exceptional for a motel at this price point. Don't be put off by the exterior and driveway, which give the appearance of a flea-bag motel. For a simple motel, it's a hidden gem. Additional bonus of having a late-nite corner store within a 3-min walk in a town that shutters by 9 or 10 at the latest.

Very nice place, just basic and old-fashioned. Great for self-catering. All amenities - esp A/C - worked well (no hairdryer). Bed very comfortable. Easy 20 min walk distance to Festival theater and 30 to the others. Close to shopping.

The first room they had brought me to hadn't been cleaned in days at least with dust and dirt on all the surfaces and what looked like dried mud or something on the bathroom sink and bathroom tub. The second room was better but clearly still didn't get duste, and there was a dead fly on the bed with what looked like dog hair surrounding it. The door lock was broken and had to be locked from the inside before closing the door and still took multiple tries to get it to lock properly.

The outside of the building needs some TLC, but the inside of the room was updated, clean and cool. The bathroom had beautiful tile and the bed was very comfortable. The gentleman at check in was incredibly kind and I felt welcomed! I will definitely stay here again should I return to Stratford for more shows. My daughter and I enjoyed our stay

This is our favourite place to stay in Stratford. Has all the basic amenities, and everything is well maintained. The owners are friendly and courteous. It’s within walking distance of theatres annd the town and although the walk is about 20-30 mins, it is great to walk on a beautiful day.

The gentleman who checked us in was extremely friendly and helpful. I locked myself out and he came to my rescue even though the office closed at 10. The room had been renovated and was very clean. I will definitely stay again the next time I’m in Stratford! Thank you!
