"The place doesn't necessarily look great from the outside, nor to the hallways, but they have renovated the rooms quite a bit in the last few years. Good sized television and clean. I stay here frequently as it is well located to a lot of other spots. Very convenient."

"I stayed here during a Cooperstown Baseball Tournament. The cost was 1/3 of most hotels closer to Cooperstown. $750 for the week! Vs $2000-3000 I did have a 30 min drive through farm country… but it was enjoyable stopping for dinner or ice cream along the way. A Walmart was just a minute away… overall for the Price a great stay that made Cooperstown affordable. (Also had a really nice pool, decent breakfast, and workout room.) "

"Issues:The loft was unusable due to the incredibly steep stairs and hot temp up there. The property is right on a main road with a fire station across the street so very noisy. The outdoor space was not well kept, grass not mowed, junk yard next door, and the neighbors house is just feet from the fire pit.What we liked:The main floor was comfortable and had AC. It is walking distance to the public beach and very close to a store and restaurant. Comfortable mattress in bedroom. "
