Loved the included club lounge full nibbles and drinks, and in the morning fresh fruit and pastries. The breakfast was lovely, buffet was bountiful, and the staff are friendly. This is my go to Birmingham hotel."

"Friendly and helpful staff on arrival. Room was spacious, clean and fresh. Couldn’t hear any noise from road or aircraft. Beds were comfy and lovely fresh towels. Bar was well stocked and reasonable priced. Didn’t have food but it did look delicious. Really convenient for BP Pulse Arena, only about a 10 minute walk. Would definitely stay again and recommend."

"When I went to my room and put on the sink tap to wash my hands the water was running brown substance even from bathroom. Was just told it’s ok as tank change, but Isn’t reassured with my concerns, wouldn’t recommend to be honest"

"The main hotel is characterful and pleasant. I found my room in one of the newer blocks to be noisy, more so when a table tennis table was erected under my window. The spa was disappointing, particularly when compared to a MacDonald Spa I am a previous member of. The pool and steam room are shedding tiles in large patches, some lying loose in the bottom of the pool. The Spa had no hot water for showering which rather spoiled my spa day. All staff were pleasant and helpful."
